Merry Christmas!!

From my family to yours, and from my sewing room to yours, I wish you all a very safe & happy festive season.

Despite the fact that what feels like the whole of Australia has "finished up for the year", I'll still be working as people get a bit upset if hospitals shut up shop for the holidays. It's actually a great time of year to work, as everyone's cheerful and happy.

My husband has a few days off, so we'll also be spending a few days at home painting the shed and gardening. I've also got about 8 items cut out so I hope to spend a few quiet afternoons sewing. We can only hope!!

So, Merry Christmas and all that jazz! I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas.

  1. Merry Christmas from up Brisbane way! Yes, I have been in 'end-of-year-holiday-mode' for a week now and loving it! And a big thankyou to you, and all hospital staff who keep working so hard at this time of year...J

  2. Season's greetings Sew Brunswick from Sydney side :) My niece is training as a nurse and working Christmas day too, so the services of hospital staff are much appreciated in our family as well.

  3. Merry Christmas from Canberra. 8 things cut out!? Here's to hoping Santa brings you some quiet sewing afternoons.

  4. Merry Christmas - enjoy the time with your family and I hope you get those quiet afternoons.

  5. Merry Christmas! Hope the boys behave so you can beaver away in the sewing room! Xx

  6. Merry Christmas from Canterbury, UK. I'm hoping to get some Christmas sewing time too, but will have to see if it transpires! X

  7. Merry Christmas to you too, a bit late I must say. I'm really looking forward to seeing what you'll be sewing in 2013
