Here are some pictures to get you all inspired!
My Autumn Winter Wardrobe Colour Palette.
Sewaholic Renfrew View C in a black wool interlock (from The Fabric Store). This fabric is lovely and heavy with a charcoal/blue wrong side.
Another Renfrew View C in a Warm Yellow Merino Knit (from The Fabric Store). The ladies at the fabric shop gave me about 3.5 metres of this as there is a big hole right in the middle of it. Hopefully I can cut around it and make an Infinity Scarf with the leftover fabric.
Full skirt using Vogue 8560 View C and a stretch cotton sateen from Tessuti (found in my stash). I've got some black piping that I'm going to insert between the yoke pieces and skirt band.
Vogue 8028 shirtdress (View A - with short sleeves) in Suda Night Check from Tessuti. I am very excited about this one. I can picture it with a charcoal cardi and 3/4 leggings. I just need to put some time aside to focus on cutting it out. All those checks to match up...
I haven't got any red or orange in there yet. But those colours are easy for me. The just gravitate towards my wardrobe.
So there you have it. Phew!! I am exhausted just thinking about it! I won't bore you with the 20 pairs of boys pants I have to make. Thankfully I stocked up on $2 cord at the end of last winter.
Happy Sewing everyone! If you need me, I'll be chained to my sewing machine...
